Abstract

The present article aims to promote a discussion on the use of the golden ratio as the aesthetic sense in artistic drawings, with a view to the perfection of the drawn frames. The reason that is on the basis of their research is closely related to the idea that art imitates life and is rooted in different societies, being the target of appreciation and contemplation from the remote times to the present day, in this sense, the same aims to answer the following question of research: what is the influence of the aural proportion in the conservation of aesthetic sense in artistic drawings? However, in order to respond to this issue and to achieve the determined objective, the qualitative paradigm of descriptive nature was adopted, because it was about observing, analyze and describe the procedures used by artists in the construction and choice of the geometric figure inherent to the paintings for artistic drawings, with a view to identifying the proportion that guarantees harmony, serenity and the fullness of beauty in their paintings. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that the human brain tends to associate the beauty of art with the proportion responsible for harmony and serenity, is to say that even if not in a proposition way, artists tend to seek this proportion or an approximation in their drawings. This research can awaken in the students the taste for the study of Mathematics, with particular emphasis that of Geometry.
