This article aims to describe the People's Education experience in the context of Community Therapy. The theoretical reference the great educator Paulo Freire, the text depicts the exercise of Popular Education in the TC universe, which is a tool for transformation of social reality in that it promotes the empowerment of individuals and thus favors the emergence of sense of belonging and building autonomy. The Process of Education evidenced from the dialogic stimulus among its participants, promotes the establishment of ties, a significant condition for the expansion of the potential for solving problems relevant to social life. The pedagogy of Paulo Freire is one of the main theoretical axes underlying the TC , so it is understood that the practice of Popular Education is only possible with the involvement and effective participation of individuals in the process.
