Abstract

The teaching of music has an active role in education and child development. Thus, this process is inserted into the regular school education for all students on a mandatory basis. Due to the importance of music in developing the human being as a cultural, intellectual and artistic, there is a shed more individualized and specialized in teaching and learning music. In this way arises the vocational education, non-binding. It is a branch of education which enables a more detailed and individualized learning this art. As in all academic disciplines, the music lacks, well, the assessment process, regardless of whether they are theoretical, practical, individually or in group. The purpose of this study focuses on the comparison of the assessment on both sides above: the music in regular education and the music in vocational education.
