Pina Bausch dance theatre and memetic

Abstract

This paper aims to raise a reflexive approach on the dance theater, especially created by the german choreographer Pina Bausch, from the perspective of memetic. During the writing, there is a discussion on the emergence and development of german dance-theater in the twentieth century, as well as about life, career artistic of Bausch and developments memetics present in the creative processes and choreographies of their dance-theater.
