Resumo

Expressive features use to be considered as ineffable, both in music as in dance realm. They are faced as depending on the performer's experience kinesthetic. This paper inquiries into psychological processes involved in musical experience transference to expressive movement learning in dance realm based on metacognitive resources applied both to music and movement performance in parallel. Research is undercome from a collaborative auto ethnographic methodology going deep into the personal experience of one of the authors. From this, a narrative is developed in order to visualize and analyzed some crucial features of the knowledge building in the course of the experience.
